Shipping policy

Ricky Knows processes orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Once processed, orders are shipped according to the selected shipping method at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Ricky Knows is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Ricky Knows is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.
